What are your fares?

We have a list of fares available for all destinations - the vehicles are registered as Private Hire therefore we do not use meters. Please email me for a quotation or call 0800 046 3101

Do you charge extra for late or early pick ups?

No, our fares are the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we charge no extra for Bank Holidays.

Can you organise a taxi service?

Yes - we are affiliated to a reliable Ross-on-Wye taxi service established for 20 years:

Covering Hereford, Gloucester, Cheltenham & Ross on Wye

Do you charge waiting time?

We check all airport collection details online using the flight number that you give us. Therefore we will not sit at the airport unless you are about to land.

If you would like us to drive you to your destination, wait and return, please ask for a quotation.

Can I smoke?

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow smoking in any of our vehicles. However, we will stop for comfort breaks at your request.

Do you go to Seaports as well?

We will transfer you to any destination that you require. Our drivers have many years’ experience and have good knowledge of all UK destinations. Our vehicles are fitted with Satellite navigation systems.

How long after I book, will I get confirmation?

Usually within minutes of us receiving the email.

How much luggage can I take?

Generally, two large and two medium sized suitcases will fit comfortably into the boot.

Will you carry my bags for me?

Certainly, we are kind and courteous too and always willing to help.

Do you have Wifi in your cars?

Yes -Please request this when booking. We have added this recently to keep clients in touch.

What about transporting children?

We have a limited amount of booster seats available but we will be happy for you to use your own and will store them safely for you while you are away.

Who are your drivers?

We are all owner drivers with full private hire licences issued by Herefordshire Council. CRB checks are carried out on a regular basis.
